Lima is the capitol city of Peru. The home of Ale, JoAnn, Racquel, an Leslie. There are two main areas. Miraflores and San Isidro.

I believe all the girls live in San Isidro and Racquel lives a little farther away.

I will start my journey in Lima. I arrive LATE Tuesday May 25th (Martes viente y cinco de Mayo).

Wednesday we've a brunch planned then Ale I are off on a plane to the South to visit CUSCO (Cuzco) There we will visit with other Vail friends, see the city, test our lungs (Cusco is at 10900ft above sea level.. welcome back to Colorado! huh!), then head out to Machu Picchu via train I believe.

We will remain in the south until Sunday. Slight chance I may extend my stay if I can but we'll see.

In Lima again I will meet up with the girls.. we'll explore the city, see Sex and the City 2, and shop!!

That Friday June 4th is the premier of Ale's video Right Behind You  

 Daniel may come up from Arequipa and I am hoping the girls will join but either way I'm very stoked to be a part of this part of my friends life!

June 9th is Ale's birthday!

That weekend I will make my way to Arequipa in the south of the country by myself. I will meet up with Daniel then hike the Colca Canyon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colca_Canyon   Six hours on a bus if I'm lucky then some time on a mule. And yes it's deeper than the grand canyon!  See the photos here

Daniel and I are sure to enjoy ourselves even if he can't join. Then Ale will fly down that weekend. From there I do not know my plans but I'm excited!
