Day 34 of 40!! Less than a week!

Well, to say the least things have not been stable around here. I keep waiting on things to get better but stuff just keeps steam rolling.
I should have a place to live by tomorrow but it has been uber stressful. The hotel has been a complete joke so that is over.
A good thing that came out of everything is that Maureen from the gift shop I worked at part time had called me and asked me to work this winter so I am working again for the betty ford alpine gardens gift shop which I L*O*V*E. 
Other job stuff has come up but I need to organize at least a pt job so that I can have a ski pass again as leaving the westin meant i loose my ski pass.

I'm not too happy with the situation up here between jobs, apartments, and I'm not meeting many people. I've not been on the hill and well.. blah!
I have been able to spend a good bit of time with my friend Katie and her baby Webbie, and my friend Missy.
Thank God my friend Becky comes up Tuesday with her husband (shhh.. it's a suprise :) ).. and then my beer diet is over! Although after a horrific week I did cheat and have two PBRs saturday night out of an attempt to restore sanity.

It's hard to remember that it will all get better here soon. I have to pray and trust in that.
Mostly now I want to return to Alabama which shows the desperation.
Sigh.
I guess though it's already better because I've not been at the hotel since Saturday and I feel kind of awesome!!
