Travel Journal

So,  the last few days I've made a  decent amount of extra money & promptly spent it all.

I bought a camera, used on ebay, accessories, and a tablet to store my photos, keep in better touch, and well... I need a computer. And a purple case :)
I'll let you know how the android tablet does.

Today I'm not working until 11pm so I'm off to run a few errands. This morning I've been trying to look into more travel options & finding so many great blogs. However, I must get on the road. It is time to shop for a travel journal. I should do this in Denver but I am starting to spend so much money & I want to keep track of it all. Also I have to get to the post office to see if they are going to accept my certified birth certificate if it's in the mail. Let's hope!!!

Travel journaling is necessary as you can't have a huge show of electronics while traveling in Peru, much less being as Gringa looking as I am and traveling alone. So rather than pulling out a phone to check in to places, or snap a photo to remember a place, I will write everything down. I'll need good pens & hopefully something sparkly & purple because I am a child!   I may end up getting another one in Lima for my acutal Peruvian travels but I need one for now.   I can't wait!!!

I also can't wait to get back from Peru & sell the tablet on Ebay!
